About this role

This is an experienced IT Manager role responsible for leading a technical team to govern, support, and continuously improve enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms. The incumbent will oversee 24/7 operations for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and related tools while driving strategic modernization and operational excellence. The position requires strong people leadership skills to mentor engineers and administrators alongside deep technical expertise in SaaS administration and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and administrators managing enterprise platforms
Oversee 24x7 operational support, incident response, and escalation processes
Govern Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform environments
Drive platform modernization, automation initiatives, and continuous service improvement
Partner with stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable technology operations
