Manager IV – EO/IR Mission Systems Programs Manager

This role leads the execution of highly technical development and production programs focused on tactical RF and EO/IR components, subsystems, and systems for military platforms. The position involves providing overall program leadership to ensure successful delivery in accordance with budget, schedule, and contractual requirements. The manager acts as the primary interface with customers and internal stakeholders while fostering a strong team culture and managing program baselines.
