Manager IV- Programs

The Manager IV- Programs will lead and oversee complex tactical RF and EO/IR development and production programs, ensuring they meet contractual, budgetary, and schedule requirements. This role provides overall program leadership, coordinates internal and external communications, and serves as the primary interface with customers and BAE Systems Space & Mission Systems. The manager is responsible for maintaining program baselines, managing risks, and fostering team collaboration to achieve successful program outcomes.
