The Manager, Knowledge & Learning at NAMI will advance and promote a diverse and inclusive learning culture by developing and delivering webinars, toolkits, and other learning activities aligned with the organization’s strategic plan. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing learning platforms, creating online resources, and reporting on engagement while incorporating DEI principles.
