About this role

The Manager, Lab Data Management owns the accuracy and operational readiness of local laboratory reference ranges to support clinical studies and regulatory interactions. This role ensures lab normal ranges are loaded and maintained within the EDC, monitors lab/site/study health status, and acts as a subject-matter expert for inspections and cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires onsite presence several days per week to support operational excellence and team collaboration across Jersey City, NJ or Millbrae, CA offices.
