The Manager, Labor Relations serves as a key member of the HR leadership team and subject matter expert for labor relations matters across a complex, multi-state, unionized environment. This role partners with HR, Legal, and operational leaders to proactively manage labor relations, resolve escalated employee and union issues, and support productive relationships with union representatives. The position is responsible for leading labor relations strategy, managing grievances, hearings, arbitrations, and contract interpretation, while providing guidance on workplace investigations and employee relations matters.
