Manager, Labor Relations

The Labor Relations Manager supports and executes Univar Solutions’ labor relations strategy across U.S. operations, partnering with business leaders, HR, Legal, and union representatives to foster positive employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements. The role involves leading collective bargaining negotiations, managing grievances, and supporting the company’s union-free workplace philosophy through proactive employee relations and leadership education. This position also oversees labor cost analyses, union awareness initiatives, and serves as the primary contact for multi-employer benefit and retirement plan fund audits.
