Manager, Learning & Certification Architecture

The Manager, Learning & Certification Architecture at Harvey defines the learning and certification strategy for customers, building scalable systems to produce educational content across Harvey Academy, the Help Center, and in-product education. This hands-on leadership role involves designing persona-based curricula, certification programs, and agentic workflows for content production while guiding a team of learning experience designers and certification developers. The role requires close collaboration with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure learning success metrics are met for each product release.
