About this role
A. Lange & Söhne is hiring a part-time Manager Learning & Development (job-sharing) based at the Glashütte headquarters to design and implement strategic learning initiatives across the employee lifecycle. The role partners with an existing L&D manager, reports to the HR Director, and helps shape a global L&D strategy and culture of continuous learning.
