Manager, Learning & Development

The Manager, Learning & Development shapes how employees learn, lead, and grow by driving the strategy, development, and execution of learning initiatives. This role leads a team of L&D Specialists, manages the Cornerstone learning management system, and partners with business leaders to build critical skills and strengthen leadership capabilities. The position oversees a broad portfolio of learning programs, from manufacturing on-the-job training to compliance and leadership development, to improve business performance.
