Manager Learning & Development

The Manager Learning & Development plays a strategic role in building a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and talent growth within the hotel. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance associate performance, support operational needs, and strengthen the hotel’s guest-centric service philosophy. The role partners closely with department heads to identify training gaps, develop learning solutions, and ensure that all associates are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
