The Manager Learning & Development plays a strategic role in building a culture of continuous learning, service excellence, and talent growth within the hotel. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance associate performance and support operational needs. The role partners closely with department heads to identify training gaps and ensure associates are equipped with the skills required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
