Manager - Lending Compliance

The Manager, Lending Compliance leads compliance and quality control professionals to support UFCU's adherence to laws, regulations, and risk standards through the implementation and continuous improvement of the compliance management program. This role partners with business leaders to evaluate regulatory changes, translate requirements into practical updates, and support effective change management. The position provides strategic guidance and consultative support to manage compliance risk while advancing organizational priorities and serving members responsibly.
