Manager - Line 2 Compliance Advisory

As a Manager, Compliance at BOQ Group, you will provide independent oversight and constructive challenge across customer-facing and group function divisions to ensure effective identification and management of compliance and conduct risks. Acting as a trusted Line 2 partner, you will leverage data and governance reporting to offer objective insights, support regulatory change interpretation, and contribute to the uplift of the Compliance Risk Management Framework. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and risk leaders to embed compliance considerations into decision-making and operational practices while fostering a strong culture of compliance awareness.
