The Manager, Loyalty Marketing drives member growth, engagement, and retention across the Asia Pacific region (excluding China) for a leading hospitality loyalty program. This role sits at the intersection of loyalty strategy, CRM, and experiential partnerships, translating global strategy into locally relevant initiatives. The position reports to the Director, Loyalty Marketing, APEC and is based in Singapore.
