About this role

The Manager, Maintenance Excellence & AI Transformation serves as the global technical champion for digital transformation across Facilities and Engineering Maintenance operations. This role leads enterprise initiatives focused on AI-enabled maintenance, EAM optimization, predictive strategies, and operational process standardization while partnering cross-functionally with Digital, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

Responsibilities

Lead global Maintenance Excellence strategy and establish standardized processes
Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives for predictive maintenance and automation
Partner with Digital and Technology teams to define future-state EAM roadmaps
Develop enterprise KPI strategies leveraging business intelligence tools
Ensure maintenance systems and digital workflows remain compliant with GMP expectations
