Manager, Maintenance & Facilities

The Manager, Maintenance & Facilities is responsible for the availability, reliability, safety, and cost-effective upkeep of all electrical and mechanical assets across the pump assembly facility and non-ferrous foundry. This role drives manufacturing excellence by deploying Lean and TPM methodologies, leading automation and digitalization initiatives, and improving productivity, energy efficiency, and profitability. The position requires leading a multi-skilled team, managing maintenance budgets, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
