Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Operations

This role oversees a multidisciplinary team of Manufacturing Engineers and Radio Frequency Production Test Engineers to ensure the compliant, efficient, and high-quality production and testing of advanced Electronic Warfare hardware. The position drives factory performance improvements, engineering excellence, and serves as a key technical and leadership interface across Operations, Quality, Test, and Design Engineering. It requires strong manufacturing and/or RF test expertise along with people leadership experience to operate at the complexity expected of a Principal Engineer.
