Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering 1

The Manager, Manufacturing Process Engineering leads the design, development, deployment, and optimization of manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, and delivery goals for Celestica and its customers' products. This role involves implementing customer technical roadmaps, developing manufacturing processes for new products, and utilizing Design for Manufacturability (DFX) tools to reduce costs and improve product quality and reliability. The position also requires leading process capability assessments, devising data collection strategies, and providing performance evaluations and direction to the department.
