As a Manager of Manufacturing Programs at Amgen, you will lead a team of Process Owners to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable drug substance manufacturing operations. This role involves providing technical process stewardship, overseeing operational readiness, driving continuous improvement, and managing change controls within a GMP environment. You will act as a critical interface between manufacturing operations and support organizations to translate processes into effective execution.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Process Owners supporting GMP operations.
Provide technical process stewardship and manufacturing floor support.
Oversee operational readiness activities including water runs and equipment verification.
Drive accountability for CAPA closure and risk assessment activities.
Ensure manufacturing processes are effectively translated into SOPs and workflows.
