The Manager, Market Operations Support leads strategic initiatives to support the Operations Excellence roadmap for an assigned market or region. The role partners with Market leadership to drive execution of Market Operating Plans and the Medical Savings Plan, standardize operations across markets, and foster a culture of operational excellence. This position serves as a strategic operational partner to cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to align on priorities and implementations.
