Manager, Medical Policy

The Manager, Medical Policy at Oscar leads the clinical research and development of evidence-based medical necessity criteria within the Office of Clinical Affairs, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of medical policies. This role serves as the clinical subject matter expert for evidence appraisal and supports alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards. The position reports to the Associate Director, Clinical Policy - Affordability and operates on a hybrid schedule based in the New York City office.
