Manager, Medical Policy

The Manager, Medical Policy at Oscar leads the development and clinical oversight of evidence-based medical necessity criteria within the Office of Clinical Affairs. This role ensures medical policies for services, devices, and technologies are supported by current literature and national standards and serves as the clinical subject matter expert for evidence appraisal. The position reports to the Associate Director, Clinical Policy - Affordability and is based in Tempe, AZ with a hybrid work schedule.
