About this role
The Manager, Medical Policy will lead clinical evidence development and policy stewardship within Oscar’s Office of Clinical Affairs to ensure coverage criteria are evidence-based and aligned with standards. This role serves as the clinical subject matter expert for medical necessity criteria, supports quality and compliance efforts, and partners with clinical and operational stakeholders. The position reports to the Associate Director, Clinical Policy - Affordability and oversees clinical team members and contributors.
