Manager, Molecular Diagnostics

The Manager, Molecular Diagnostics leads the establishment and oversight of the Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) testing program at the company’s central laboratory, serving as the CLIA-delegated Technical Supervisor for Molecular Pathology. The role provides technical leadership across NGS and PCR testing, partners with pathologists, physicians, vendors, and IT, and ensures laboratory services meet CAP and CLIA requirements. This position is based at the AON Lab and supports continuous improvement and high-quality laboratory operations.
