Manager, Network Engineering Operations

The Manager, Network Engineering Operations leads the India-based network engineering teams responsible for enterprise routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, wireless infrastructure, store network operations, and network reliability engineering. This role combines strong technical leadership, operational governance, engineering execution, automation enablement, and people management to drive operational excellence and reliability across critical enterprise infrastructure. The position requires a technically strong leader capable of actively participating in engineering escalations, architecture reviews, project governance, and major incident management while fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
