About this role

The Manager, Network Engineering leads the design, operation, modernization, and reliability of Crescent Energy’s enterprise and operational technology network environment, overseeing Fortinet-based infrastructure, Azure networking, and field connectivity. This hands‑on leadership role combines technical direction, people management, and collaboration with security, OT, and cloud teams to ensure secure, resilient network services for oil and gas operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the network engineering function across enterprise, field, OT, and cloud environments
Design, deploy, operate and document Fortinet‑based network infrastructure
Support and mature Microsoft Azure networking, including hub‑and‑spoke and ExpressRoute

Qualifications
