Manager, Nonclinical Statistics

The Manager of Nonclinical Statistics at Takeda will lead statistical strategy and provide expertise across nonclinical functions, including CMC and biomarker assay development. The role focuses on experimental design, advanced statistical methods (frequentist, Bayesian, ML/AI), and decision theory to support preclinical R&D and improve patient access to medicines. The position is based in Cambridge, MA and works within a cross-functional R&D environment.
