NNPBC
The Manager, Nursing Network leads the development and execution of an online community for nurses in British Columbia's primary care sector as part of the NIPC program. This role involves strategic planning, systems transformation, and program delivery to support Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses. The incumbent will build an online community infrastructure while fostering collaboration among health system partners, nurses, and government stakeholders.
NNPBC (Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of BC) is the single united professional association representing all nursing designations in British Columbia, including RNs, LPNs, NPs, and RPNs. The organization supports and promotes excellence in nursing practice, education, research, and leadership, and empowers nurses to engage in advocacy to influence health and social policy. NNPBC also provides members with professional development, continuing education, research services, mental health supports, and career resources.
