Manager of Business Development

This role involves mentoring Account Executives, managing strategic exhibitor and sponsorship accounts, and building relationships within the aviation, aerospace, and defense industries. The ideal candidate will combine proven sales leadership with personal ownership of key revenue-generating accounts to scale the sales function.
