Manager of Coding Operations

The Manager of Coding Operations provides operational leadership and oversight for coding functions across the organization, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations while achieving quality, productivity, and reimbursement accuracy goals. This remote, full‑time role reports to the Coding Director and collaborates with revenue integrity, clinical documentation, and various hospital departments to optimize coding processes and support revenue cycle initiatives.
