The Manager of Trim/Cure oversees daily operations for the Trim and Cure/Post Production area, ensuring harvested product is processed efficiently and meets company quality and compliance standards. This hands-on leadership role supports cross-functional coordination with Post Harvest and Packaging teams and reports to the Senior Manager of Post Production. The manager also supports staffing, training, and operational projects to maintain workflow across the cultivation facility.
