The Manager, Information Governance leads NiSource’s Records & Information Management (RIM), e-Discovery, and Legal Hold programs, directing strategy, policy, and modernization efforts. The role supports digital transformation of records and information, ensuring compliance, defensible disposition, and alignment with legal and regulatory requirements while partnering with IT, Cyber Security, and Data Governance. The manager also oversees program governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
