Manager of Infrastructure

The Manager of Infrastructure provides leadership for the technology infrastructure supporting the academic, administrative, and research missions of St. Lawrence University. Reporting to the CampusWorks Chief Information Officer, this role oversees daily operations, manages critical technology initiatives, and ensures the availability and performance of enterprise systems, networks, servers, and cloud technologies. The position partners closely with university leadership, faculty, staff, and CampusWorks Centers of Excellence to continuously improve technology services while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
