The Manager of Organization Development & Training will lead the design, execution, and evaluation of training programs for Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s Human Resources Division. Reporting to the Director of Organization Development and Training, the role focuses on employee growth, leadership development, and organizational performance through instructional design, coaching, and change management initiatives.

Supervise training and organizational development personnel
Design and manage leadership development programs
Monitor and measure impact of development initiatives
