Manager of Quality Integration

The Manager of Quality Integration supports Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center's mission by coordinating and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes, operational effectiveness, and the overall experience. This role serves as the subject matter expert for quality data, performance measurement, PCMH requirements, and UDS reporting, utilizing data analytics to foster a culture of continuous improvement. The position partners with frontline staff, providers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities, develop sustainable solutions, and integrate best practices into daily operations.
