Manager of Quality Performance & Reporting

The Manager of Quality Performance & Reporting leads the organization’s MIPS reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and payer quality incentive programs across the Together Women’s Health practice network. This role serves as the subject matter expert for MIPS, CMS quality programs, and value-based care initiatives, partnering with clinical, operational, and finance teams to align quality strategy with reimbursement objectives. The position involves overseeing quality reporting, analyzing performance trends, and driving compliance with CMS and payer requirements.
