Manager of Utilization Management

Baystate Health’s Health New England is seeking a Manager of Utilization Management to lead the Utilization Management Health Services Team and shape the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, member-centered care. The role involves overseeing utilization management services across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business while driving quality improvement initiatives and ensuring regulatory compliance. The manager will lead a team of registered nurses and clinical support professionals, develop strategies to positively impact member outcomes, and collaborate with key organizational stakeholders.
