Manager on Duty

The Manager on Duty welcomes members, volunteers, and staff while connecting people and supporting members toward their goals at the YMCA. This role is responsible for building operations, ensuring safety and conduct standards, and inviting individuals to get more involved with the organization. The position requires availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends to facilitate smooth and efficient facility operations.
