Manager, OpCo Planning

The Manager, OpCo Planning leads a team of engineers and technical professionals responsible for critical transmission planning efforts while partnering with RTOs, states, and regional and national reliability organizations to advance a reliable and resilient grid. The role involves providing direct supervision, setting clear guidelines, and ensuring the integrity of data needed for operating company planning. This position also supports the development of transmission expansion plans, compliance documents, and the annual capital budget.
