About this role
The Manager of Operational Excellence will build and lead a new operations team focused on driving scalability and operational durability across the company. This role partners closely with Product Development, Operations, and Clinical teams to identify, design, and implement process and tooling solutions that improve efficiency and enable growth. The position is responsible for setting strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and measuring impact to unblock scaling challenges.
