Manager, Operational Excellence

The Manager, Operational Excellence drives continuous improvement initiatives to optimize site efficiency and effectiveness across goPuff's regional and network-wide operations. This role involves creating frameworks to share best practices, coaching functional leaders on Lean principles, and leveraging data analytics to simplify processes and reduce costs. As a remote position with heavy travel, the ideal candidate will build strong stakeholder relationships to execute sustainable programs that improve quality and remove waste.
