About this role

The Manager - Operational Risk & Resilience Oversight reports to the Head of ORRO Governance & Risk Program Oversight and supports the GWAM Segment Operational Risk Management team. This second‑line role provides independent oversight, challenge and guidance on operational risk domains such as business continuity, third‑party risk and change risk, ensuring effective risk management tools and controls are applied across the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and challenge over risk domains and governance activities
Evaluate non‑compliance and recommend new controls
Review incidents, perform root cause analysis and ensure corrective action plans
