About this role

The Manager, AMER Operations Compliance ensures Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance for Equinix operations within the LATAM region and the broader AMER scope. This leader manages audits, risk assessments, training, and corrective actions while leading a team of compliance professionals in a multi-faceted data center environment.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of EHS compliance professionals across the AMER region
Manage internal and external EHS audits and risk assessments
Ensure adherence to local EHS laws and global Equinix standards
Develop and implement training plans for operational teams
Investigate non-compliance incidents and implement corrective actions

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Occupational Health & Safety3+ years of EHS compliance experienceKnowledge of OSHA standardsExperience with ISO 14001 and 45001
