Manager, Organizational Change Management

The Manager, Organizational Change Management leads the people-side adoption capability within the Strategy & Transformation Office, establishing a repeatable methodology to help the organization prepare for, adopt, and sustain changes to business processes and operating models. This role ensures major initiatives are supported by comprehensive change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans to realize and sustain transformation outcomes. The position involves coaching executives and project teams, measuring adoption metrics, and managing OCM team operations to drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.
