The Manager, Palliative Care leads the DaVita IKC Palliative Care IDT team, overseeing daily clinical operations, quality outcomes, and palliative care workflows for adults with advanced chronic kidney disease and serious comorbid illnesses. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to improve care coordination, strengthen access to supportive services, and ensure safe, ethical, and compliant patient care. The position requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to drive process improvements and team accountability.
