About this role
The Manager, Payroll Accounting will lead global payroll accounting operations and ensure payroll-to-general-ledger accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX. This role manages and develops a payroll accounting team while partnering closely with HR, FP&A, Tax, and systems teams. The manager will oversee payroll reporting, audits, reconciliations, and drive systems and process improvements to support scalable financial operations and decision-making.
