Manager, Payroll and Operations

The Manager, Payroll and Operations provides end-to-end oversight of payroll operations for US, Canada, EU, and India employee populations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. This role partners with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to support compensation, benefits, and equity programs while driving continuous improvement in payroll policies, systems, and processes. The position serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on payroll-related matters across the organization.
