Manager, Payroll & Benefits

The Manager, Payroll & Benefits leads payroll, benefits, and pension administration for approximately 700 employees across the Association, ensuring accurate and timely processing through Dayforce. The role supports employees throughout onboarding and offboarding, maintains confidential records, and provides documented assurance over payroll liabilities and year-end audit readiness. This position collaborates with People & Culture, Business Partners, and providers to strengthen benefits awareness and improve service efficiency.
