About this role

The Payroll Manager leads all payroll operations across the Western Hemisphere, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations. This role serves as the subject matter expert for payroll taxation, compliance, accounting, and systems, overseeing process improvements and internal controls in partnership with HR and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end payroll operations across the United States and Canada
Ensure compliance with all payroll, tax, and employment regulations
Oversee payroll tax reporting, remittance, and year-end processing
Manage payroll accounting activities and general ledger integrations
Lead payroll system implementations and process improvement projects

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business AdministrationCertified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
